SCOPE 180RX Switch Blade Rx Adaptor Kit with Brow Bar

The RX adaptor for Scope Switch Blade allows for prescription lenses to sit safely behind your safety glasses to reduce the risk of damage to your prescription.  The Switch Blade Frame and front lenses are easily replaceable if needed, allowing you to retain and transfer your prescription lenses to the new frame.

This is the adaptor only, you will need to take to an Optometrist to have your prescription made to fit the adaptor.
