FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
If you live anywhere on the Redcliffe Peninsula, or in Deception Bay, Mango Hill, North Lakes or Rothwell, we offer free delivery when your order is over $50.00. We'll usually deliver the same day too! Please note delivery is available for street addressed items only.
FREE IN-STORE PICK UP
We are located at 349 MacDonnell Road, Clontarf (QLD) and you are always welcome to collect your order in-store. If you need your order in a hurry, please call us - we can usually have your order ready quickly. We're open 7.30am - 4.30pm Weekdays and Saturdays 9.00am - 1.00pm.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Our website currently only allows for shipping in Australia however, we are happy to organise a quote for shipping International Orders, please email sales@peninsulasafetysupplies.com.au for a personalised quote.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
All in-stock orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends)
We utilise a number of different providers (including Australia Post, Toll IPEC and Fastway Couriers) to get your items to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Delivery time is normally between 2 - 8 days depending on your location. Delays are possible during peak periods.
Express Delivery items are sent via Australia Post. Items should arrive 1-3 business days after dispatch to postcodes within the Australia Post Express Post Network. Delays are possible during peak periods.
If you purchase a special order item, most items are ready for shipping within 7 days of ordering. If stock is not available from our supplier or the advised delay will be greater than 7 days, we will contact you with an update.
Please Note: If your order includes both in-stock and special order items, your order is held and dispatched when all items arrive.
What if I don't receive my Order?
We do our absolute best to ensure that your goods are delivered to you as quickly as possible, but sometimes things do go wrong and the couriers might let us down. We hope you understand that once the goods have been collected by the couriers or lodged with the Post Office, we have no control over the parcel’s trip to you. We will, of course, help with tracking and follow up with the courier company if needed.

Peninsula Safety Supplies accept returns and exchanges for items bought online - either for a different size or style, or, if you have simply changed your mind (subject to the following).
Items must returned in an unused condition with all packaging, original ticketing (attached) and any accompanying instructions. Items that have been washed cannot be returned as they are considered as worn.
- A copy of the invoice or proof of purchase must be returned with returned goods
- Any refunds will be credited using the same medium as the original payment method
- Products should be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Postage of returned goods is the responsibility of the individual or Company returning the goods. Customers who have paid using PAYPAL may qualify for FREE RETURNS*, otherwise, returns will be at the customers expense.

Our friendly staff will gather all the information needed to assist with your return. Please ensure items can be tracked as we can not be held responsible for lost items.
FAULTY GOODS
To make a claim under warranty you must present the product, together with proof of purchase or issue, to the store where you purchased the product from. If the product is defective and does meet the warranty, you will be provided with a replacement product, or where that is not possible, offered a refund
If you bought your product from our website or have registered your product using our website, Please contact Peninsula Safety Supplies to obtain a reference number - This will allow processing of your request as quickly as possible. We will inspect the product at no charge to you, other than the cost shipping the product to us. If we determine that the product has a defect covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace it at no charge. If a defective product is not repairable and an identical product is not available, we will offer a refund.
If we accept that there is a defect covered by this warranty we will also reimburse the reasonable cost of returning the item to us.
Footwear must be cleaned of all dirt and adhering material prior to shipment. Please include your name, address, daytime phone number and a brief description of the problem. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be supplied. Please ensure items can be tracked as we can not be held responsible for lost items.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES
Terms of Payment
All credit accounts are granted with payment strictly 30 days from date of invoice to approved credit account holders. For non-account holders, payment is required prior to dispatch. Overdue account holders will not be supplied with goods until due balances are cleared.
Title of Goods
Title in the goods supplied by Peninsula Safety Supplies shall remain until the buyer has paid all sums owing whether under this or any other contract. In the event that the buyer sells such goods and fails to meet the terms of payment, even if the goods become constituents of other goods, the proceeds of the sale shall be the property of Peninsula Safety Supplies.
Technical Advice
Peninsula Safety Supplies accepts no liability for any technical advice, recommendation, information or assistance given, or the results obtained thereon.
Liability
It is the responsibility of the buyer to satisfy himself / herself that the goods are of the description, quality and character suitable for the purpose for which they are to be used. Peninsula Safety Supplies shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising as a result of the buyer failing to satisfy himself / herself.
